Health

If your child is sick you are required to keep him or her home.  A sick child can get other children in the facility sick, including myself. Runny nose, fever, vomiting and diarrhea are all highly transmittable. Sickness travels quickly in a daycare facility.

Safety

At Circles Squares & Bears Family Childcare,  parents must sign their child in and out on the attendance sheet. This is a licensing regulation to insure that your children will be safe and secure within my daycare.  Each parent must provide a list of people authorized to pick up their child.  I require picture identification for anyone I do not know.  My door is locked at all times. I carry out a monthly fire drill and yearly earthquake drill with the children.
